We want every bride, and everyone helping her plan, to be able to read our site, view our work, and reach us with ease. This statement explains what we do to keep updosstudio.com accessible and how to tell us when something isn’t working for you.

Our commitment

Updo’s Studio LLC is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we treat people: the same care we bring to your wedding morning, we bring to how you experience us online.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard widely referenced for accessible websites. We design and build with that target in mind and review the site against it as we make changes.

What we do

Steps we take to keep the site accessible include:

Clear structure. Headings, landmarks, and reading order are organized so screen readers and keyboards can move through each page logically.
Keyboard access. Menus, the contact form, and interactive elements are operable without a mouse, with visible focus and a “skip to content” link.
Descriptive images. Photographs of our work carry text alternatives so they make sense to people using assistive technology.
Readable contrast. Text and important elements are checked for sufficient color contrast against their background.
Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we minimize animations and transitions across the site.
Works on any screen. The site is responsive and usable across phones, tablets, and computers, at a range of text sizes.

Known limitations

We work to keep every page fully accessible, but some content, such as older images or third-party tools we embed, may not yet meet our target in every respect. We treat any such gap as a problem to fix, not a permanent state, and we welcome your help in spotting them.

If any part of this site is a barrier to getting the information you need or to inquiring with us, we don’t want that to stand between us. Email us and tell us what you ran into and the best way to reach you, by email or a call, and we will respond personally, usually within a few business days.
